By entering the Kingdom of Estebancito and placing an order, you agree to the following sacred terms. We keep it royal, honest, and sovereign around here.

1.Royal Custom Orders
All items are made-to-order and many are customized specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If you received the wrong item, contact the Royal Messenger within 3 days of delivery. We’ll review your claim and handle it with care.

2. Turnaround Time & Shipping
• Production Time: 3–7 business days
• Shipping Time: 3–5 days (U.S.); 7–21 days (International)
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs for international orders. Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the courier realm (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.).
You’ll receive tracking info via email. Estebancito is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages—but we’ll always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

3. Magical Integrity Clause (Accuracy)
Please double-check all names, colors, fonts, and sizes before finalizing your custom order. What you submit is what gets stitched—so make sure your spell is correct before casting.

4. The Privacy Pact
All personal information is protected like a royal secret. We will never sell or share your information. Your name, email, and shipping details are only used to process your order and keep you updated.
Our shop runs on Shopify, which complies with major privacy and data protection standards.

5. Payment & Taxes
All prices are listed in USD. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout.
Payment is securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other trusted processors. We never store your credit card info.

6. Digital Products
All eBooks, digital scrolls, affirmations, and downloadable items are final sale. Once downloaded, there is no refund or exchange.
You are granted personal, non-commercial use of digital products. Sharing or redistributing without permission is forbidden by royal law.

7. Legal Speak (But Still Royal)
By using this site, you agree not to misuse or abuse any content, copy designs, or infringe upon the sacred rights of this kingdom.
Estebancito reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who disrespects the realm, abuses the order system, or breaks the spell of good energy.
