🛡️ Terms of the Realm: Returns & Refunds

At Estebancito Royal Print & Stitch, every item is crafted with intention, precision, and a bit of royal magic. That said, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right—with honor.

👑 Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the item being delivered.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• All returns must be approved before being sent back to the kingdom.

⚔️ Final Sale Items:

The following cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized items (embroidered names, logos, thread colors, etc.)

• Digital downloads or files

• Limited Edition Drops

or reach out directly through the Royal Messenger page with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photo evidence (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days after the item is received.

🔄 Exchanges:

If you ordered the wrong size or color of a standard (non-custom) item, we may allow an exchange based on stock availability. Please reach out through the Royal Messenger to check.
